This is because I care about your success and know that if you sign up for a month, you’ll never get the benefit that someone who has committed to learning and implementing for +6 months has. After the six months, your contract becomes a rolling one, so just email giving us 30 days notice and we can cancel your account for you. But we hope this never happens, because we love you.

Yes. Once you’re in The Collective, you can reach out and choose to upgrade at any time.

At present, Ailish is fully booked with one-to-one clients and all members of The Glow Getter Collective get first refusal to work with her. If you would like to work directly with Ailish, you can join the collective and you can then stipulate if you would like to work with her more closely.

Love this question. You shouldn’t if you’re not called to it. We only want people who are ready to put in the work and to make magic happen for themselves. So if you’re not a go-getter who wants to get to £5k per month online with your indie beauty brand, then don’t join.

For the dreamers, the doers, the implementers and action takers. The people that believe diversity and inclusivity is KEY and actually make shit happen to move it forward. The people that want more from their brand so they can live a life they truly imagined for themselves. If you’re willing to be coached and take on board the advice you’re given, you WILL go far. If you’re not and you don’t implement, then you won’t.

If you’re not an indie beauty brand, you hate fun, you don’t want to grow your biz and aren’t ready to trust the process and DO THE WORK. If you’re a negative ninny, you don’t believe in diversity and inclusivity, hate swearing and aren’t willing to be coached and hear the truth (even when it stings), then we ain’t gonna get on.

Hello and yes! One of the most important things you can do for your brand is to get prepped as soon as you can before you launch, because otherwise you’ll end up with crickets when it comes to launch day. No one wants that. That said, if you’re over 6 months away from launching your brand, then it’s a bit too soon.
